The environment is very clean and customer service was great. They do not force you to tip but it was a great pleasure doing so. The massage was immaculate you should definitely check it out.
Great value. Had massages half as good for double the price. The masseuse even knew my right shoulder was particularly tight just from feeling that area, and she spent extra time there which I appreciated.
I have had a wonderful body massage after a long day in NYC. Place is clean and front office folks were courteous. Masseuse Amy did a great job with oil and hot stones. I would certainly recommend this place. Prices are good and they didn’t insist on tip.
Extremely rude staff. After you go and get your massage they ALL line up and wait for you to give a tip (which is super uncomfortable as is). When you decide the amount you want to give, they tell you that you must give more. That’s there’s a minimum. They started yelling and it was such a gross feeling after supposed to be a relaxing massage.

I had a phenomenal experience here! I was experiencing some issues with my upper back, shoulders, & pressure from walking. My masseuse worked out those kinks & I left feeling rejuvenated! 10/10 recommend this place.
great for the price. for everyone who bought a groupon and complaining there’s hidden fees, it’s not not hidden fees, it’s sales tax. you have to pay it for every service type groupons you buy. four stars bc depends on the masseuse you get it maybe strong or weak, it’s a gamble unless you know who to go to. I’ve been going to jenny for a long time but now she left so i’ve been having some misses, but will continue going until i find someone i can go to regularly.
